Just to confirm next years UK trips!
Yorkshire Dales
Friday 1st June to Sunday 3rd June 2012
We will be stopping in Ingelton first night and Kettlewell second night
The accommodation will be at youth hostels so the cost for this trip will be £65 per person
Rievers
Saturday 8th September to Monday 10th September 2012
Staying first night in Carlisle and second night in Falstone, Kielder.
On this trip we are staying in bed and breakfasts for both nights so the cost is higher at £90 per person.
I have booked accommodation for both rides early for a couple of reasons!
One is so we get this years prices! another is a lot of places are reacting to the Olympics to demand two or three night stays and such like (I know its miles from London but this is what the B and B,s were telling me!! a fair few just refused!)
However this means in turn they are asking for deposits!
£10 per person per night will cover it (or £20 per trip per person if that's easier to work out!)
I've included folk in this e mail who have expressed an interest or are regulars on top of those who have already said they want to come along.
If you need more time to sort out work/leave etc just let me know and I am sure I can sort something later for you.
If you are sending a deposit I am based at Southwick MIR. Cheque or cash is fine.
Alternatively if you want to give me a ring (numbers on help screen) I can pass my bank details for a transfer (which may be easier and more secure) I do trust you all!!
As you know your price covers transport for you and your bike, back up mini bus and two nights B&B. For those who are members and contributors to the sports and social fund I will again try to obtain a subsidy of £25 per member per ride from your bill!

I have secured a price of 432 euro each.
Not bad considering its two years away re price rises etc!
Dates are 17th to 24th April 2013.
